At Sack Up Sports, LLC (?Company?) we recognize that privacy is important. The following privacy policy (?Policy?) applies to all of the products, services and websites offered by the Company and relating to its website, www.sackupsports.com (?Web Site?).

The Company is committed to protecting your privacy and the personal information that you provide to use. Coverage

This Policy covers the personal information and submissions that you submit to the Company via the Web Site, including User Submissions (as defined in the Terms of Use).

This Policy does not cover the practices of other third parties that we do not own or control or the actions of people that the Company does not employ or manage.

The Company collects personal information from you when you register with the Web Site. We will only collect your personal information if you choose to share it with us. You are not required to supply us with your personal information in order to make use of all of the information made available on the Web Site.

Upon registration, your personal information is stored on a Company database. When you register with the Web Site, you must provide the Company with your email address, first name, last name, password.

If you submit personally identifiable information to the Company through the Web Site, the Company may use such information to operate, maintain, and provide you the general and personalized features and functionality of the Web Site and other similar services.

Any videos that you submit to the Web Site may be redistributed through the internet and other media channels, and may be viewed by the general public.

Options

You may decline to submit personally identifiable information through the Web Site. In such case, you will be allowed to view videos and explore the Web Site, but the Company may not be able to provide certain services to you which are offered on the Web Site.

You may update or correct your personal profile information and email preferences at any time by visiting the Web Site and making the necessary changes.

Third Party Advertising on Web Site

The Company may allow other companies to serve advertisements on and within the Web Site. These third party advertisers use technology to send, directly to your web browser, the advertisements and links that appear on the Web Site. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They may also use other technologies (i.e. cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons) to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize the advertising content you see.

Sack Up Sports recently announced its SUS Ambassador Program seeking skiers, snowboarders, climbers, and bikers to represent our extreme sports community all across the country. Your response has been overwhelming and due to popular demand we are expanding the program. Sack Up Sports will include international users in the Ambassador Program. We hope this will enhance your experience and bring further insight into sports, athletes, travel destinations and more.
