Besides the clear waters of Australia, where else would you recommend diving? I've heard something about South Africa, but I'm not so sure...

The Carribian is the place I'd highly recommend. Here (in southern california) it is terrible. very bad visibility, and too much pollution!

How about Pulau Redang in the east coast of the Pennisular Malaysia? The water there is crystal clear and you can see lots of corals and friendly fishes.

Key West is supposed to be ok. But I have never gone myself.

I was thinking about The Caribbean too, but I don't know, it seems pretty expensive.
