Snoqualmie Pass in Washington State is pretty cool as is Mount Baker. Washington State has some pretty good places to play in the snow.

Anyone been skiing in Canada? I've got some friends there, but they don't know anything ;). City dwellers, all of them...

Eugene--I've been to Lake Louise and it is a great mountain, my all time favorite so far. The snow is great, the runs are well designed, tons of bowls and steeps and 4000+ acres. Sunshine Village is just 30-40 minutes down the road and is supposed to be equally great. Canada offers some great, lesser-known mountains outside of Whistler that are just huge. The scenery is pretty epic too.
