If anyone wants to read a high quality book on beginning snowboarding I would recommend the book START UP SERIES – SNOWBOARDING. This is a top book and highly recommended.

I think Teeter just worked on a book project called "Girl Over Board". I have not read it but someone said it was good. It is more of a narative.

Narrative books are excellent as well because they provide a unique insight into the sport that might otherwise not be given their proper due.

I don't know, man. I'm a man of action, myself, I don't think you'll learn too much from a book.
